Job summary

Parkridge Medical Center in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to perform comprehensive evaluations of cognitive-communication, swallowing, voice, speech, hearing, and language, and to manage all aspects of patient care.

You will work in collaboration with physicians, families, and the healthcare team to develop treatment plans, document care, and educate patients. A Master’s in SLP and Tennessee licensure are required, along with BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech/Language Pathology required.
• Current SLP license in Tennessee required.
• AHA BLS certification within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations of cognitive-communication, swallowing, voice, speech, hearing, and language as ordered by physicians.
• Develop and implement treatment plans in consultation with physicians.
