UofL Health is seeking a Hospital-Based Registered Nurse in Louisville, KY to deliver comprehensive nursing care across age groups, following the nursing process and standards. You will collaborate with the care team to ensure safe, patient-centered outcomes.

Education includes an Associate Degree in Nursing; a BSN is preferred. Current KY RN licensure and BLS certification are required, with PALS/ACLS often required for specific units. Two years of hospital experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patient health status systematically from admission to discharge across the care continuum.
• Administer medications per licensure authority and document administration per policy.
• Develop individualized care plans with patient and family using current evidence and safety goals.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure safe, patient-centered outcomes.
• Provide education and discharge planning to patients and families.
