Job summary

Mercy Health Fairfield Hospital in Ohio seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to join our hospital team, performing initial and ongoing assessments, and applying skilled therapeutic interventions to patients across inpatients, outpatients, pediatrics, and off-site locations.

You will maintain accurate EMR records, coordinate care with the multidisciplinary team, supervise assistants as needed, and ensure safe, efficient care while adhering to department standards.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of current practice or eligible for traineeship/temporary license.
• BLS certification within 30 days (RSFH) or at hire for respective sites.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans with goals.
• Provide direct therapy daily following the plan of care and educate patients/families.
