Job summary

Advocate Health’s Hospital at Home Pharmacy Supervisor provides day-to-day leadership and oversight for pharmacy services supporting the Hospital at Home program. This role ensures safe medication distribution, regulatory compliance, and service excellence across multiple care settings in Charlotte, NC.

Aligned with pharmacy leadership, nursing, and operational partners, the supervisor supports teammate engagement, quality improvement, and timely medication access for acute-level home care

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required.
• Licensed in the state of practice or eligible for reciprocity.
• Minimum 2 years of pharmacy-related experience.
• Strong operational, regulatory, and leadership skills.
• Experience with acute care, home-based care, LTC, Hospice, or medication distribution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Hospital at Home pharmacy operations and workflow.
• Provide operational leadership for LTC, Hospice, FSED, and MedCenter Air pharmacy services.
• Lead staffing, scheduling, and teammate development to ensure safe patient care.
• Ensure compliance with DEA, FDA, and state Board of Pharmacy regulations.
• Monitor productivity and service levels; drive quality improvement and new technologies.
