Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a PRN night registration/admitting clerk to register patients, collect demographics and insurance information, and ensure accurate data entry into the ADT system.

You will greet patients, provide information with courtesy, and uphold HIPAA standards while delivering a positive patient experience. Prior hospital registration experience is preferred, with flexibility for variable night shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months medical office, hospital registration or related experience preferred.
• Experience in customer service in a medical setting is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Admits clients to the hospital, collects information, completes forms and updates ADT systems.
• Greets patients and public, communicates information professionally while upholding HIPAA and confidentiality standards.
• Gathers patient demographics, insurance and financial information for registration and admissions.
