Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Obtain demographic and financial information from patients and sources.
• Obtain signatures on consents and insurance forms.
• Perform pre-certification, referral or deposit collection; document in the system.
• Notify patients of coverage issues, co-pays, or deposits and update records.
• Review physician orders for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain compliance with insurance laws and regulations.
