Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 0-1 year experience in a medical setting or heavy customer service environment.
• Strong data entry and software application skills.
• Ability to obtain AVADE training within 30 days from start date.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and verify demographic and financial information from patients and sources.
• Obtain signatures on consents and insurance forms.
• Enter data and document admissions/registrations; obtain pre-certifications or authorizations.
• Notify patients and staff of insurance coverage issues and deposits.
• Review orders for completeness and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain multiple computer systems and deliver quality customer service.
