Job summary

Kansas City Orthopaedic Institute is seeking a part-time Hospital Admissions Representative for the Surgery & Pain areas, working Mondays through Fridays from 2pm-6pm/7pm in Leawood, KS. You will greet, register, pre-register and schedule patients while handling insurance verifications and copays.

Responsibilities include admitting patients, processing paperwork, and tracking visits and authorizations. Benefits include holidays, PTO, bonuses, and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred).
• Medical Field: 1 year (Preferred).
• Excellent Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred).

We’re seeking a part-time Hospital Admissions Representative for our Surgery & Pain areas to work Mondays-Fridays from 2pm-6pm/7pm.

Our Admissions Reps use whiteboard/dashboard/ER Express and or phone for notification of patient arrival/status.
