Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Applied Science (AAS).
• A minimum of 3 years of acute care nursing experience.
• NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License.
• AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the operation and delivery of patient care in collaboration with department leaders and team members.
• Monitoring and facilitating patient flow/throughput; conducting rounds to ensure safe and quality care.
• Completing special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
• Support the bedside clinician to meet department needs.
• Lead during an emergency response.
