Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification within 60 days required.

Responsabilités

• Supervises and develops the Volunteer Program for hospice agencies.
• Completes clinical documentation per RHS standards.
• Maintains volunteer files and ensures documentation meets requirements.
• Ensures volunteers' compliance with agency policies and procedures.
• Recruits, interviews and selects volunteers; assigns duties to volunteers.
• Develops individualized plans of care for volunteer services.
