You will oversee evaluation processes, assign duties, and support families. A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor's is preferred. CPR/BLS is required within 60 days, and a valid driver's license is necessary.

• Recruit volunteers and manage the volunteer program.
• Supervise and develop the Volunteer Program for assigned areas.
• Ensure CMS regulations and required reporting are met.
• Maintain volunteer files and ensure documentation meets RHS standards.
• Supervise volunteers and evaluate performance; document outcomes.
• Provide volunteer training and community outreach activities.
• Ensure 5% of clinical staff hours are provided by volunteers.
