• Completes clinical documentation per RHS standards and maintains volunteer files.
• Ensures 5% of clinical staff hours are provided by volunteers and monitors emergency responses.
• Recruits, interviews and selects volunteers; assigns duties and ensures proper supervision.
• Participates in training, staff committees, and community education for volunteers.
