Job summary

Integritus Healthcare seeks a Volunteer & Community Outreach Coordinator to lead PVHPC's volunteer program in Massachusetts. You will plan training, recruit volunteers, coordinate events, and serve as liaison between volunteers and the care team.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and compliance with regulatory standards. You will work with the Executive Director and care staff to grow our volunteer services and support patients and families.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years recruiting, supervising, training volunteers or similar HR tasks.
• Minimum 2 years in healthcare; hospice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain volunteer training and orientation program.
• Recruit, educate, and select volunteers from multiple sessions per year.
• Supervise and evaluate volunteers; ensure compliance with safety and training requirements.
• Coordinate volunteer support, education, meetings, and events.
• Assist in marketing/public relations and fundraising activities.
