Job summary

Central Coast VNA & Hospice (VNA) seeks a part-time Hospice Registered Nurse in Salinas, CA. The RN will assess, coordinate, and implement individualized nursing care for patients and families, providing compassionate support and maximizing quality of life.

Requirements include an active California RN license, at least 1 year of hospice experience, and current CPR certification. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are preferred. Per diem benefits are offered.

Job Summary: The Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing, coordinating, and implementing individualized nursing care for patients and their families. Provides compassionate, supportive care to patients, families, and caregivers while utilizing the nursing process to promote comfort, manage care needs, and maximize the patient’s quality of life.

Education/Experience/Skills/Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse licenses in California
• Minimum 1 year of Hospice experience
• Current CPR certification

• Reliable vehicle
