Job summary

PruittHealth Hospice in Georgia is seeking a Registered Nurse for Hospice Travel Nurse (RN) assignments, with travel within Metro Atlanta and North Georgia to provide patient care at home or in care facilities.

You will perform evaluations, implement care plans, document promptly, and maintain continuity of hospice care while adhering to policy and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in the state of practice.
• Hospice or home health experience preferred.
• Willing to travel within Metro Atlanta and North Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Complete evaluations, assessments, and treatments per care plan.
• Document and record promptly and accurately.
• Follow policies and procedures as related to the scope of practice.
• Maintain continuity of patient care in a hospice setting.

Qualifications

LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Current, active, and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
