PruittHealth Hospice seeks a dedicated Hospice Admissions Registered Nurse (RN) to assess and admit patients into our hospice program, delivering compassionate, patient-centered care in home or facility settings.

This role requires travel within the North Peach Region (Athens, Atlanta, Gainesville, and surrounding areas). You will complete evaluations, coordinate documentation, and ensure continuity of hospice services in accordance with policy.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Willingness to travel within the North Peach Region.
