St. Francis Hospice (SFH) in Melbourne, FL is seeking a Social Services Manager to lead the psychosocial, spiritual, and bereavement components of our hospice program. This role provides orientation, technical and clinical direction to chaplain, bereavement and social work staff.

A Master’s Degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program is required, with a related-bachelor’s degree acceptable. Certification in Hospice and Palliative Social Work within one year of hire is required, along

• Master’s Degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program is required.
• Certification in Hospice and Palliative Social Work required within one year of hire.
• Three to five years’ experience in Social Work, with at least one year in hospice or elder care; supervisory experience required.
