Crossroads Hospice & Palliative Care in Blue Ash, Ohio seeks STNAs for Sat night 8:00 PM to Sun 8:30 AM shifts, serving patients within a 50‑mile radius. You will work with the interdisciplinary team to ensure compassionate end‑of‑life care and support for patients and families.

Requirements include a state nurse's aide certification, 3–6 months hospice or home health experience, and strong interpersonal skills. Transportation and a valid license are required. Competitive pay offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be certified by the state as a nurse's aide with an unrestricted, active certification.
• 3–6 months of hospice or home health aide experience preferred.
• Hospice or home health experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and care teams.
• Ability to learn required clinical software and electronic health records.
• Must have personal transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.

Responsabilités

• Provide end-of-life care with dignity and compassion as part of the Even More Care program.
• Sit with patients who are in the active dying stage and address urgent physical or psychosocial needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient comfort and support.
