Job Requirements

STNA Hospice 12 Week Day Shift Assignment

• Provide nursing care to multiple patients in a hospice in-patient setting.
• Provide care and education to patients and their caregivers.
• $22.00 per hour paid weekly
• Work 3, 12 hour shifts per week
• Shift Hours: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM

• STNA certification issued by the Ohio Department of Health
• BLS Certification
• Driving your own vehicle is required.
• 58.5 cents reimbursement per mile driven between patient locations.
