Job summary

Crossroads Hospice & Palliative Care is seeking a State Tested Nursing Aide (STNA) to join our compassionate team in Ohio. You will support patients at the bedside, assist families, and work with an interdisciplinary team to uphold dignity and comfort at the end of life.

Qualified candidates have 75 hours certification, an active Ohio STNA license, and at least 1 year of hospice/NA experience. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required; travel to Green, OH is part of the role.

Qualifications

• Ohio State Department of Health Competency Test with minimum 75 hours certified
• Certified by the state as a nurses' aide with an unrestricted, active aide certification
• 1 year of current experience as a Hospice Aide or Nurses Aide required
• Hospice or Home Health Agency experience preferred
• Must possess interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and caregivers
• Must be able to learn computer skills related to required clinical software/records
• Must have reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, automobile insurance, and safe operation of vehicle

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate end-of-life care to patients and support to families within hospice setting.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care and smooth coordination.
• Accurately utilize required clinical software and electronic medical records.
