Crossroads Hospice is seeking a dedicated STNA/CNA to join our compassionate team in Ohio. You will provide bedside care to patients, collaborating with an interdisciplinary group to ensure comfort and dignity.

A valid STNA credential and active nurse’s aide certification are required, with a minimum of one year in hospice or home health care. The role requires travel to the Green, Ohio area and a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, supporting patients and families at a critical time with

Qualifikationen

• Must have completed Ohio STNA competency with 75 hours.
• Must hold an unrestricted, active nurses' aide certification.
• One year of hospice or nursing aide experience required; home health preferred.
• Must interact well with patients, families, and the care team.
• Must be able to learn required clinical software and record systems.
• Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver's license with insurance.
