Job summary

Crossroads Hospice & Palliative Care seeks a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA/CNA) to provide compassionate in-home and facility care in Green, Ohio. You will join a team dedicated to dignity and comfort during end-of-life care.

The position requires 75-hour Ohio competency, a valid CNAs license, and at least one year of hospice or nursing aide experience. Travel to Green, OH is required, with a supportive team environment and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must have completed an Ohio State Department of Health Competency Test from an accredited program with a minimum requirement of 75 hours of certification
• Must be certified by the state as a nurses' aide with an unrestricted, active aide certification.
• 1 year of current experience as a Hospice Aide or Nurses Aide is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide STNA/CNA care to patients in hospice settings and support families.
• Travel to the Green, OH office as part of the role.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality compassionate care.
