National Church Residences is seeking an MSW to join our Home Care team in Columbus, Ohio. This Full Time role supports seniors and their families, delivering counseling and social work services on a schedule of Monday–Friday 8:30–5 with on-call evenings and possible weekends.

Qualified candidates will have a BSW or MSW from a CSWE-accredited program, an LSW in good standing, and 1–2 years of health care social work or counseling experience.

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in social work; LSW in good standing.
• Experience: 2 years in varied health care settings with clients and family counseling; 1 year in health care social work.

Qualified Candidates For This Position Offer

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in social work from a school of social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education. LSW in good standing.
• Experience: Preferred minimum of two (2) years in varied multi-disciplinary settings in the health care field with experience working with clients and family counseling; however, requires one year of social work experience in a health care setting.
