National Church Residences Home Health division in Southern Ohio seeks a Medical Social Worker to join our team in Chillicothe, OH. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday 8:00 am–4:30 pm with an on-call rotation, serving seniors in a home health setting.

Qualified candidates for this position offer:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in social work from a school of social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education. LSW in good standing.


• Experience: Preferred minimum of two (2) years in varied multi-disciplinary settings in the health care field with experience working with clients and family counseling; however, requires one year of social work experience in a health care setting.
