Job summary

Qualified candidates hold an MSW accredited by CSWE, RI SW licensure, and a CSWE-accredited BSW. Healthcare experience and CPR certification are preferred, as is a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• Must have MSW accredited by CSWE.
• RI social work license (SW).
• CSWE-accredited BSW.
• Healthcare experience; hospice experience preferred.
• Understands hospice philosophy and death/dying issues.
• Experience in hospice care preferred.
• Demonstrates good verbal and written communication and organization skills.
• CPR certification current.
• Licensed driver with insured vehicle.

Responsibilities
