Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Experience in recent home health or hospice sales is required.
Ability to market aggressively and negotiate with customers.
Knowledge of corporate business management and PR skills.
Strong communications, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility and cooperation.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities via research and networking.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
Collaborate with marketing to create campaigns that boost brand awareness and sales.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Track and report on sales performance metrics.
