Job summary

H. T. PROF Group is seeking a Hospice Sales Representative to build referral relationships across Fredericksburg and surrounding counties.

This role involves field outreach, partnering with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, and social workers to expand awareness of hospice services in the community. The ideal candidate has at least two years in healthcare sales, a compassionate approach, and the ability to earn via uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of sales, marketing, business development, liaison, or referral development experience in healthcare required.
• Hospice, palliative care, home health, senior living, hospital, post-acute, or related healthcare experience strongly preferred.
• Healthcare service sales experience required; outside referral development experience is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; additional relevant experience may be considered in place of degree.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with physicians, healthcare professionals, facility leadership, community partners, and referral sources.
• Strong communication, follow-through, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working independently in the field while staying connected to the broader team.
• Prior clinical experience is a plus, but not required.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance required.
