Job summary

MDS Staffing seeks a field-based Hospice Sales Liaison to develop and maintain referral-source relationships in Rossville and surrounding areas. You will represent hospice services to physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, SNFs and senior living communities, and drive census growth through active referral development.

Ideal candidates bring hospice/home health sales experience, a strong local network, and proven performance in developing and expanding referral sources.

Qualifications

• Hospice and/or Home Health Sales experience required.
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare sales experience strongly preferred.
• Established local contacts/referral sources strongly preferred.
• Local market knowledge, job stability and proven, verifiable performance are must-haves.
• Ability to establish and expand relationships with diverse referral sources.
• Familiarity with CRM/contact management software preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in the field.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.

Target Candidate

• Experienced hospice and/or home health sales professional with established referral-source relationships in the area.
• Must be comfortable developing and maintaining relationships with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, skilled nursing facilities, senior living communities and other healthcare referral sources.
• Looking for a field-based sales producer who understands healthcare service sales, referral development, census growth and consistent account management.
