Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Hospice Sales Liaison to cover Rossville and surrounding areas, developing and maintaining referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, SNFs and senior living communities.

The role emphasizes field-based healthcare service sales, referral development, census growth and ongoing account management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Hospice and/or Home Health sales experience required.
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare sales, marketing, business development or referral-development experience strongly preferred.
• Established local contacts/referral sources strongly preferred.
• Local market knowledge, job stability and proven, verifiable performance are must-haves.
• Ability to establish and expand relationships with diverse referral sources.
• Familiarity with CRM/contact management software preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in the field.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, relationship-driven healthcare environment.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and current auto insurance required.

Target Candidate

• Experienced hospice and/or home health sales professional with established referral-source relationships in the area.
• Must be comfortable developing and maintaining relationships with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, skilled nursing facilities, senior living communities and other healthcare referral sources.
• Looking for a field-based sales producer who understands healthcare service sales, referral development, census growth and consistent account management.
