Mission Healthcare, a leading home health and hospice provider in the western United States, is seeking a results-oriented Sales Manager to recruit, train, and lead Account Managers across Bakersfield and Kern County.

You will drive territory growth through market analysis, performance reviews, and strategic planning, while maintaining strong partner relationships and ensuring consistent achievement of sales quotas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Marketing or related field is required.
• Master’s Degree preferred for advanced roles.
• Minimum 3 years in healthcare sales management.
• Strong knowledge of referring partner dynamics and market trends.
• Experience supervising, mentoring, and growing sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and train Account Managers.
• Lead territory build-out and strategic growth initiatives.
• Regularly review Account Manager performance and implement improvement plans.
• Grow the customer base by mentoring Account Managers and cultivating top referral sources.
• Monitor resources and ensure efficient budget and time management.
• Lead sales meetings, strategic planning, and team trainings.
• Contribute to long-term strategic planning and service expansion.
