Job summary

Three Oaks Hospice is seeking an On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver skilled nursing care in patients' homes and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team and families. This role requires licensure as an RN, current CPR certification, and strong patient-family support skills.

Responsibilities include coordinating care with agencies and ensuring smooth, patient-centered service in a hospice setting. Weekend shifts and travel within the assigned counties may be required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Associate or bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Current state license as an RN.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities
