Position Summary

The Weekday/Weekend On-Call Hospice RN will be responsible for triaging patient needs, making home visits as necessary, and providing skilled nursing care during after-hours and weekend shifts. This role ensures continuity of care and timely response to urgent patient needs.

Schedule & Compensation

Weekend On-Call: Typically Friday 5:00 PM - Monday 8:00 AM.

Weekday On-Call: M-f 5pm-8am
