Job summary

LeoForce is seeking two Hospice RN Team Leaders for offices in The Bronx and Downtown Manhattan. The roles require Hospice or Palliative Care experience with 1–2 years of supervisory leadership. The positions balance in‑office days with field visits, providing day‑to‑day staff leadership under the Hospice Nurse Manager.

One leader will operate from the Bronx office, the other from Downtown Manhattan, with weekly in‑office Monday–Wednesday presence and in‑field Thursday–Friday coverage.

Qualifications

• RN with Hospice or Palliative Care experience.
• 1–2 years supervisory/leadership experience.
• Mid Level experience in clinical leadership.
• RN licensure in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership guidance to professional staff on a day‑to‑day basis.
• Mentor and direct staff as directed by the Hospice Nurse Manager.
• Share leadership responsibilities in the office Monday–Wednesday.
• Support field operations and patient care on Thursdays and Fridays.
