Job summary

AccentCare, Inc. is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) for PRN days in the Kendall area of Miami, FL. You will work within an interdisciplinary team to deliver compassionate end‑of‑life care, respecting patient dignity and comfort, while coordinating with physicians and families.

The role offers autonomy, mileage reimbursement, and a suite of benefits. PRN shifts include day and weekend availability, with opportunities for on‑call rotations as needed.

Qualifications

RN license in the state of practice
At least 1 year of nursing experience
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

Provide individualized nursing care maximizing comfort and quality of life
Partner with patients, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary group to carry out care plans
Perform comprehensive assessments including physical, emotional, social, and spiritual factors
Educate and support patients and caregivers
Coordinate care across disciplines to ensure continuity and dignity
Document care clearly reflecting patient needs and progress
Participate in on‑call or admission rotations as needed
Engage in ongoing learning and professional development
