Job summary

AccentCare in Miami is seeking an After Hours Registered Nurse / RN, Hospice to provide skilled nursing care during nights and weekends. You will conduct assessments, manage on-call admissions, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team.

The role requires RN licensure in Florida, an associate degree preferred, ability to lift patients, and strong communication. On-call rotations and reliable transportation are expected; this is a full-time, on-site position with benefits.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the applicable state is required.
• Associate degree in nursing preferred.
• CPR certification recommended/required for direct patient care where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and collaborate with patients and families.
• Maintain timely documentation and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Participate in on-call rotations and admissions; provide patient education and support.
• Assist in care transitions and coordinate scheduling and resources as directed.
