Job summary

Redeemer Health in New Jersey is seeking a dedicated registered nurse to join our hospice and home care teams. You will deliver high-quality hospice and palliative nursing care in patients' homes or community settings, coordinating with an interdisciplinary team to plan and implement care for each patient and family.

The role supports admissions and ongoing professional development in end-of-life care, with flexible hours and opportunities across hospital, home care, and senior communities

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• BSN preferred.
• CHPN preferred.
• Minimum 1 year med/surg experience.
• Minimum 1 year home care or hospice experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, and meet weekend, holiday, and NOC requirements.
• Current IV and venipuncture experience preferred
• Current licensure in State of practice, Valid Driver’s License, Current CPR Certification

RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS

Perdiem Rates - $60/revisit

NJ Pay Transparency Act requires disclosure of pay range.

The salary is based on multiple criteria - experience, qualifications, job role, internal equity and market data.
