Job summary

Redeemer Health in Cumberland County, NJ invites an experienced Home Care Visiting RN to deliver safe, holistic care to patients with multiple chronic illnesses, in their homes, while coordinating with families and the care team.

The role requires a current NJ RN license, CPR, and the ability to travel within the service area; 1 year med-surg and home care experience are preferred, and a BSN is preferred. A $3,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

• Able to work weekends, holidays, and on-call hours
• IV and venipuncture experience preferred
• Current licensure in State of practice, Valid Driver’s License, CPR certification

A Home Care Visiting RN provides safe, holistic care to a population with multiple co-morbidities and advanced chronic illnesses. The RN educates regarding self-management and provides support to meet the needs of the patient, family, and community.

RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of 1 year med-surg experience required; 1 year of home care experience preferred; BSN preferred; able to work weekend, holiday, and on-call hours; IV and venipuncture experience preferred; able to demonstrate professional competencies in a home care setting; able to efficiently utilize technology (cell phone, computer); able to travel in service area.

License and Regulatory Requirements:

Current licensure in State of practice, Valid Driver’s License, Current CPR Certification

Min Base - $43,576.00

Max Base $47,840.00

NJ Pay Transparency Act requires disclosure of pay range.

The salary is based on multiple criteria - experience, qualifications, job role, internal equity and market data.
