Job summary

Optum, in partnership with Baptist Reynold's Hospice House, seeks an experienced RN to serve as Patient Care Manager for Hospice IPU. You will support Executives with patient care activities, ensuring safe, efficient nursing practice aligned with regulatory and payer criteria.

Requirements include an unrestricted RN license, a valid driver's license, CPR certification (or within 90 days), 4+ years RN experience, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted RN licensure in state of practice.
• Current driver's license and reliable transportation.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• 4+ years full-time RN experience.
• 1+ years clinical experience.
• Able to work independently and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities
