Job summary

Ethos Hospice is seeking a part-time Hospice Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate end-of-life care in patients’ homes. You will manage visits, perform assessments, and document care while coordinating with the care team.

Expect on-call weekends and flexible scheduling in a supportive environment. You will provide leadership to HHAs, participate in IDG meetings, and uphold clinical standards with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Minnesota.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience in hospice, palliative care, or end-of-life care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care and case management across visit types with thorough assessments and documentation in the patient’s home.
• Supervise HHAs at least every 14 days to ensure high-quality care.
• Collaborate with IDG and participate in care conferences to discuss pain management and goals of care.
• Demonstrate accountability and foster a positive, collaborative team culture.
