Job summary

Ethos is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate end-of-life care in patients’ homes within designated regions. You’ll manage admissions, routine and PRN visits, and end-of-life care while documenting thoroughly in patient records.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Minnesota.
• CPR certification.
• Hospice or end-of-life care experience preferred.
• Ability to pass state background check.
• English reading/writing/comms proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospice clinical care and case management during visits.
• Supervise HHAs at least every 14 days.
• Coordinate with IDG and participate in care conferences.
• Foster accountability and a positive team culture.
• Travel to patients' homes within designated regions.
