Qualifications

• RN license required (State of Florida)
• BLS Certification required
• Hospice experience (1 year) preferred but 2+ years in nursing required

Responsibilities

• Coach and train nurses identified as needing skill development
• Assist in orienting new certified nursing assistants
• Communicate regularly with orientee’s manager during orientation and evaluation periods
• Review competency forms to ensure requirements are met
