Job summary

Suncrest Hospice is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, patient-focused care across home and facility settings in Illinois. You will be part of an interdisciplinary team, visiting patients regularly and collaborating with social workers, chaplains, and CNA leadership.

The role requires RN licensure in good standing, strong teamwork, and the ability to manage visits and documentation while navigating hospice regulations. Travel across the service area is expected.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in good standing in the state(s) of practice.
• Works well in a team, collaborating with nurses, social workers, chaplains, volunteers, and CNA leadership.
• Able to manage visits, documentation, and meetings; prioritize urgent needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and services for a group of patients in homes or facilities.
• Travel across the service area with reliable transportation.
• Engage with interdisciplinary team and advocate for patient needs.
• Learn and use the electronic medical records system.
