Job summary

Suncrest Hospice is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide care to a diverse patient group, visiting patients in private homes and facilities. You will be part of an interdisciplinary team, addressing psychosocial needs and hospice-specific care strategies.

The role supports case management, admissions, or resource functions and requires travel across the service area with reliable transportation; Spanish-speaking applicants are preferred.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing in state(s) of practice.
• Spanish-speaking candidates preferred.
• Ability to travel across service area with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and facility-based visits as part of the interdisciplinary team.
• Assess psychosocial needs and coordinate with social workers and chaplains.
• Document visits and maintain compliance with hospice regulations.
• Collaborate in case management, admissions, or Resource roles.
