Job summary

Varco Hospice is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to join a growing team delivering exceptional end-of-life in-home care across the Dallas–Fort Worth area. RNs must hold a Texas license and have at least two years of recent hospice experience, with the ability to travel widely within DFW and surrounding areas.

Attendance at IDG meetings every 14 days is required. Strong clinical documentation and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Texas RN license in good standing.
• 2+ years of recent in-home hospice experience.
• Ability to travel throughout DFW and surrounding areas.
• Availability for in-person IDG meetings every 14 days.
• Strong clinical documentation skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with Kinnser / WellSky is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home hospice nursing care to patients and families.
• Document patient status and care plans accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with IDG and interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Coordinate and participate in periodic in-person IDG meetings every 14 days.
