Job summary

Varco Hospice is expanding and seeks compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) with hospice experience to join our growing team in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

You will provide skilled in-home end-of-life care, travel throughout DFW and surrounding areas, participate in in-person IDG meetings every 14 days, and maintain meticulous clinical documentation. This role offers flexible scheduling, strong team support, and clear paths for career growth and leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active Texas RN license (in good standing).
• 2+ years of recent in-home hospice experience.
• Ability to travel throughout DFW and surrounding areas.
• Availability for in-person IDG meetings every 14 days.
• Strong clinical documentation skills & attention to detail.
• Experience with Kinnser / WellSky (preferred).
