Job summary

Varco Hospice, LLC is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to deliver in-home end-of-life care in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. You will provide skilled nursing, coordinate with the care team, and support patients and families with empathy.

Requirements include Texas RN license, 2+ years in-home hospice, willingness to travel across DFW, and participation in IDG meetings every two weeks. The role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Active Texas RN license in good standing.
• 2+ years of recent in-home hospice experience.
• Ability to travel throughout DFW and surrounding areas.
• Availability for in-person IDG meetings every 14 days.
• Strong clinical documentation skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with Kinnser / WellSky (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home hospice nursing care to patients and families.
• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation.
• Travel within DFW and surrounding areas to patient homes.
• Attend IDG meetings every 14 days.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
