Job summary

Varco Hospice is expanding, and we’re looking for compassionate, experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) who are passionate about delivering exceptional end-of-life care. This is more than just a job—it’s an opportunity to grow with a supportive team, and potentially step into future leadership roles.

You’ll travel throughout the DFW area to deliver in-home hospice care, participate in IDG meetings every 14 days, and rely on strong clinical documentation skills to provide outstanding patient

Qualifications

• Active Texas RN license (in good standing).
• 2+ years of recent in-home hospice experience.
• Ability to travel throughout DFW and surrounding areas.
• In-person IDG meetings every 14 days.
• Strong clinical documentation skills & attention to detail.
• Experience with Kinnser / WellSky (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality end-of-life care to patients in their homes.
• Travel to patient homes across the DFW area as required.
• Participate in in-person IDG meetings every two weeks.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and care plans.
