Job summary

Vivie is hiring a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) in Minnesota. The role provides compassionate end-of-life care, managing complex symptoms and coordinating individualized care plans in patients' homes, with on-call requirements.

You will join an interdisciplinary team, perform admissions and routine visits, and document care while supporting families with empathy. This is a non-exempt hourly position with overtime eligibility.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Minnesota.
• CPR certification required.
• Hospice or palliative care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical hospice care and case management with accurate assessments and documentation.
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team and participate in care conferences.
• Supervise HHAs at least every 14 days to ensure quality, compassionate care.
• Lead by example, uphold norms, and foster a positive, collaborative culture.
• Travel to patients' homes within designated regions for visits and care.
