Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Folcroft, PA, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Hospice for on-call and emergency night visits. The role covers Bucks, Montgomery, and Northeast Philadelphia, with on-call after hours and weekends and a 26-week schedule per year.

Strong clinical background in hospice or home health preferred; travel required. The RN will join a multidisciplinary team delivering palliative care at clients’ homes, documenting orders, and ensuring compassionate, high-quality

Qualifications

Active and current license to practice as a professional RN in PA.
One year of clinical experience strongly preferred.
Previous home healthcare experience welcomed, but not required.
Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
Calm, reassuring presence with strong listening, assessment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
Administer medications, perform wound care, treatments and comfort care.
Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to the Clinical/Client Services Manager.
Follow up with, execute, and document doctors' orders.
