Job summary

VitalCaring Group, a field-based hospice provider, seeks a compassionate Hospice RN to lead patient-centered care in Oxford, Grenada, Sardis, Clarksdale, and Batesville, MS. You will coordinate plans, manage symptoms, and ensure comfort aligned with patient goals.

As the clinical leader for your patients, you’ll build trust with families, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, document care accurately, and uphold quality and dignity at end-of-life.

Qualifications

• Active RN license or compact eligibility.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
• Strong clinical judgment and compassionate care approach.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently.
• Excellent communication skills in sensitive situations.
• Basic EMR proficiency.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the plan of care and manage symptoms.
• Coordinate care across the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide education and guidance to patients and families.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and care plans.
• Support quality and compliance standards.
